The Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal is awarded for three years of above-average continuous service (after 1 January 1980) by an enlisted member of the U.S. Coast Guard.
Recipients of the Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal must be recommended by their commanding officer for proficiency in rating, sobriety, obedience, industry, courage and neatness.
Ribbon Device Attachments:
