The full purchase price will be cheerfully refunded to you providing the goods are returned in new condition. Special Order Items are not returnable. If a special order item arrives damaged or defective we will cheerfully reorder that item for you and ship it to you at no additional charge. Custom Embroidered Products are not returnable. Our shipping policy is simple. FREE regular shipping on all domestic orders and orders going to APO's and FPO's. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Mail. Orders received by 2:00 pm CST for stock items on our website will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be shipped the next day. Custom embroidered items are shipped in 3 to 5 business days after receiving the order. All display frames are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). |
